By accessing or using SimStim.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SimStim.ai provides a platform that enables users to connect Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant) to WiFi-enabled display devices. The Service allows users to create, deploy, and manage content on registered screens via Claude conversations.
The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of it at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Access to the Service is provided through your Claude account and Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@simstim.ai.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create and deploy through the Service. By using the Service, you grant SimStim.ai a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you push to your screens. SimStim.ai does not review or endorse user-generated content.
The Service integrates with Anthropic's Claude. Your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's own terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimStim.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
